Raspberry Apricot Cheesecake With Chocolate Crust from Natasha’s Kitchen

Have you been over to Natasha’s Kitchen yet?  One of the things I love about the food blog movement is the opportunity to learn about new foods and cooking methods from all over the world.  There has never before been a generation that has had such incredible access to cooking knowledge.  Natasha is the Ukrainian Foodie and there are many neat recipes on her page.  Today I was looking through the desserts and came across her Raspberry Apricot Cheesecake With Chocolate Crust.  It looks amazing and now I want it for DINNER!  This could be a problem . . .  If you enjoy learning recipes from from somewhere different, check out the amazing things she does!
